Probably one of the Richard Straman Coachworks built cars.
The price is so low that it would be hard to say no if it was rust free and I was closer to it.

For 650$...
1: buy.
2: replace fuel pump, filter, etc.
3: replace those ridiculous wheels with something much more fitting, under add-on over fenders.
4: remove convertible top entirely.
5: chop windshield and side windows 'speedster' style. (perhaps total removal of side windows)
6: install roll hoop and a custom tonneau cover over the area for the former convertible top, that can be un-rolled and fastened at the top of the dashboard to cover the interior, or half-zipped to cover just the passenger's side.
7: you have a sunny day roadster, and track-day warrior.
